YEREVAN, April 25 (Itar-Tass) — Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has gone to Paris on a working visit. He will meet with French President Jacques Chirac on Monday.
The agenda has not been made public, but a source told Itar-Tass that they would focus on the Karabakh settlement, in which France is taking an active part as a co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group together with Russia and the United States. The presidents will also discuss political and economic relations.
On Sunday evening Robert Kocharyan and his wife will attend a concert of Charles Aznavour, French chanson singer of the Armenian descent. Aznavour is celebrating his 80th birthday.
The Armenian president will also meet with the head of the French Bouygues Company.
