Today a person was killed due to collapse at an open-cast mine of drywall plant in Jrvezh (near Yerevan), no one is wounded. As reported by the press center of the Board for Emergency Situations under the Armenian Government, after receiving a signal at about 2 p.m. a rapid response detachment left for the location. As it became clear on the scene, during the works at the open-cast mine a large collapse took place and lumps fell down. Works manager, who was left under the wreckage, was killed.
