Reports of Baku media on the murder of an Azeri herder by Armenian soldiers is an obvious attempt to divert the attention of the international community from the brutal killing of an Armenian officer by his Azeri counterpart in Budapest. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia stated it, pointing out that the reports appeared upon world media covering the Budapest tragedy. At the same time the Armenian Defense Ministry flatly denied Baku media reports on murder of an Azeri shepherd, calling it a usual provocation of the propagandistic machine of official Baku. It should be noted that the day before Azeri media reported that Armenian servicemen had shot herder Polad Ahmedov in the Kazakh region, adjacent to the Ijevan region of Armenia.
