Yerevan, December 01. Social Security Cards Law will be put in force from July 1, 2004.
Social Security Minister Aghvan Vardanyan handed the cards to Robert Kocharyan and his staff in presidential office on Friday.
The president emphasized a special importance of the social security cards system to be instituted in the republic soon. The system will make more effective government work, he said.
