VANADZOR, SEPTEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS: Ten-year-old Samvel Ter-Sahakian from Armenian third largest town of Vanadzor snatched the Europe’s chess champion title under ten at Montenegro’s Budva city. He gained eight points out of 9 possible without losing any game (7 wins and two draws).
Another Armenian chess player, the 14-year-old Zaven Andriasian from Yerevan, has secured at least a bronze medal under 14. If he wins in the last 9-th round he will win the champion’s title.
