Second all-Armenian youth rally “Baze-2003” (Falcon) has begun in Dilijan Armenian town. 700 young people from Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh and the diaspora participate in it. The organizers of the event intended to unite the Armenian youth by means of such measures. Holding sport and cultural measures is expected within the rally program. Armenian president Robert Kocharian has greeted rally participants.
