DECEMBER 5. A 26-meter-high New Year’s tree is to be installed in Republic Square in Yerevan. Vice-Mayor of Yerevan V. Vardanian pointed out that the preparatory work is to be finished before December 15, and the decoration of the New Year’s tree is to begin after December 20. The decoration of the entire square is to be finished after December 25. According to the Yerevan Municipality, the celebrations will be especially colored this year.
