Armenia’s national soccer team has departed today for Athens, Greece, where it is going to compete with the national team of Greece in Europe Cup qualifying match.
The recently appointed president of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetian told Armenpress that the team will be trying to gain points it lost in an earlier match with Ukrainians in Yerevan.
Chief coach Oscar Lopes, an Argentinean who took up the national team several months ago, avoided, however, making forecasts, saying only that it would be a very hard game.
